After over 40 years in the Banking Industry, Mr. Hitt is serving as an Advisory and Expert Witness on fiduciary and banking matters.  These services have been made available to clients with matters in both Federal and State District courts.  Areas of concern involve Fiduciary Duties, Breach of Trust, Industry Standards, etc.  He is available for case assignments in all states.

As a Banker, Mr. Hitt held senior management positions with several major banking organizations.  In addition to contributing to overall senior management guidance and policies, Mr. Hitt actively managed and supervised Trust units in eleven cities in Texas and Louisiana over the period of his career.  In these capacities, he has direct experience in the areas of Trusts, Estates, and IRAs.  In addition, Mr. Hitt worked with wealthy clients and community groups in the creation and management of both Public and Private Foundations.
